Orange

Single Hand Lapel–Opponent grabs right should with left hand

            Grab and pin opponent’s hand to your shoulder with left hand,

            Step back with the left foot,

            Right palm strike to elbow,

            Clear the arm on the inside, left shuto to throat,

            Right hammer strike to jaw,

            Right shuto to throat.

 

Double Hand Lapel Dead – Opponent grabs with both hands a pushes back

            Grab and pin opponent’s left hand with left hand,

            Right rising block to both of opponent’s elbows,

            Right back knuckle to opponent’s rib,

            Clear left arm with right, left shuto to throat,

            Right hammer strike to jaw,

            Right shuto to throat.

 

Double Hand Lapel Live – Opponent grabs with both hands and pulls back

            Grab and pin opponent’s left hand with left hand,

            Step forward with right foot,

            Right upper cut,

            Clear left arm with right, left shuto to throat,

            Right hammer strike to jaw,

            Right shuto to throat.

 

Cross Wrist Grab – Opponent Grabs Right Wrist with Right Hand

            Circle right hand around opponents arm and grab,

            Step forward with left foot in front of opponent’s right leg.

            Hyper-extend right arm,

            Pull arm, left elbow strike to the head,

            Extend hand and rake the eyes,

            Circle around body with left arm,

            Left elbow strike to the back, extend to a shuto to the back of the neck,

            Right inward lean punch to the head .

 

Headlock – Opponent grabs head with left arm

            Step forward with left leg,

            Left hammer to groin, Right hammer to kidney,

            Grab hair with the right hand and pull back,

            Left forward bow, Left palm strike to chin,

            Right hook punch to the ribs.

 

Front Push – Opponent push forward with both hands

            Step back with right foot,

            Shuto left and right to arms,

            Right shuto to ribs,

            Left shuto to throat,

            Right vertical punch to chest.

 

Hammerlock – Opponent grabs both arms from behind and positions right arm behind back

            Rotate left hand and lift up,

            Step back with left foot, Left horizontal elbow,

            Left down and out to the groin,

            Step forward with the left foot and rotate around facing opponent,

            Right cat stance,

            Right roundhouse kick to the head,

            Rake the eyes,

            Scissor elbow strike to the head,

            Back knuckle to the head.

 

Rear Choke – Opponent grabs throat with both hands from behind

            Step forward with left foot and rotate facing opponent,

            Right elbow strike, extend to a shuto,

            Clear right arm with right hand,

            Left palm strike to chin,

            Right rising elbow strike,

            Right hammer strike to the nose,

            Right down and out to the groin,

            Right backknuck to the head.

 

Rear Hair Grab – Opponent grabs hair from behind with the right hand

            Step back with left foot and rotate facing opponent,

            Straight rising block with left arm,

            Right dragon down sternum,

            Right ridge hand to the groin,

            Left eye rake,

            Right vertical punch.

 

Full Nelson – Opponent grabs from behind with arms under and around to the back of head

            Step on feet with left and right feet,

            Step out to the right side.

            Double punch up to the head,

            Double elbow strike,

            Step forward with right foot to left neutral,

            Left elbow strike,

            Left shuto,

            Right upper cut,

            Displacement right front snap kick .

 

Purple

 

Front Choke – Opponent grabs throat with both hands

            Step back with left foot, right cat stance,

            Double eye spear,

            Double shuto,

            Right front snap kick to the groin,

            Step forward with right punch to the head.

 

Side Waist Grab – Opponent grabs right waist

            Grab opponents left wrist with left hand

            Step back with right foot, Right back knuckle to the nose

            Circle around the arm and hook punch forward to the ribs, extend to hyper-extend the arm

            Right back knuckle to stomach,

            Circle around arm, shuto the back of neck.

 

Rear Bear Hug Arms Free – Opponent grabs from behind with both arm, while leaving arms alone

            Step on feet, Step out to the left,

            Double punch to the head,

            Double elbow strike to the arms,

            Grab right wrist with right hand,

            Deep twist stance, left behind right,

            Left elbow strike,

            Rotate forward with left foot and drop,

            Break right arm over right leg,

            Right side thrust kick to the ribs.

 

Rear Bear Hug Arms Pinned – Opponent grabs from behind with both arms, tying up both arms

            Step on feet, Step out to the left and drop down,

            Punch out with left,

            Punch out right,

            Right elbow strike,

            Step forward with left foot to a right neutral,

            Right elbow strike, right back knuckle,

            Right rear back thrust kick.

 

Side Shoulder Grab – Opponent grabs right shoulder with left hand

            Step forward with left foot,

            Right shuto to neck or left bicep, Right cat stance

            Right inverted ridge hand to wrist, clearing arm,

            Right front snap kick to groin,

            Right palm strike to the chin,

            Right down and out to the groin,

            Right back knuckle to the head.

 

Blue

 

Front Bear Hug Pinned – Opponent grabs from the front with both arms, tying up both arms

            Step on the feet,

            Right ridge hand to groin,

            Bring left hand up between you and the opponent for space,

            Take right leg toward the left and sweep both legs by moving right leg back to the right, push neck to the left

            Right palm strike to the jaw,

            Right punch to the chest as opponent falls,

            Right inverted front snap to stomach.

 

Front Bear Hug Free – Opponent grabs from the front while leaving the arms alone.

            Step back with the right foot,

            Left inverted back knuckle to the back of the head,

            Grab the hair with the left hand and pull the head back,

            Right half fist to the opponents throat,

            Right punch to the sternum.

 

Front Waist Grab – Opponent grabs your waist with both hands from the front

            Step forward to a right neutral, Left and right hammer strike to the wrists,

            Double upper cuts to the stomach,

            X-block to the throat,

            Double shuto to the throat,

            Double eye rake,

            Right shuto to the collar bone.

 

Hand Shake – Opponent is shaking the right hand

            Step forward to a right neutral,

            Reverse hand grip, left shuto to the elbow,

            Right elbow strike to the jaw,

            Right back knuckle to right temple,

            Double shuto to the throat,

            Double eye rake,

            Right shuto to collar bone,

            Right eye spear, dropping hand down to a palm strike to the chest,

            Right cat stance, Right front snap kick to the groin,

            Right punch to the chest or nose

 

Single Hand Lapel Cross -  Opponent grabs left lapel with left hand

            Left and right inward blocks,  Right front snap to the groin,

            Right downward elbow while pinning hand with left hand,

            Right upward elbow to the chin.

            Right hammer strike to the nose.

 

Green

 

 Single Wrist Grab - Opponent grabs left wrist with right hand

           Right inward block,

           Right back knuckle to right temple,

           Left hook punch to ribs,

           Right hook punch to ribs,

           Left hook punch to ribs,

           Right straight punch the left side of the head.

 

Front Tackle - Opponent is lunging forward to grabs legs and tackle

            Step back with the left foot and grab opponent's chin,

            Right hammer strike to the back of the head,

            Right punch as opponent falls to the ground,

            Right sweep to left arm going into a twist stance,

            Spin around toward the left and drop a left axe kick to the back,

            Right inverted front snap kick to the back.

 

Rear Two Handed Wrist Grab - Oppoent grabs both wrists and pulls arms staight back

            Grab opponent's wrists and step forward with left foot,

             Turn to the right to face opponent,

             Right elbow stike to left arm, let go of wrist with the right hand and follow through with a right shuto,

             Let go of left wrist, left front snap kick to right knee, double shuto to the back,

             Jump into and right knee strike to the chest, double palm strike to the back

 

Double Arm Bar - Opponent grabs both arms from behind from the top

             Punch down with the right hand,

             Punch down with the left hand, Right elbow strike to the chin,

             Twist to the left while extending left hand up to entrap the left arm, turn 180 degrees

             Twist to the left again facing forward, Right hook punch to the ribs and follow through to hyper extend the left arm,

             Right back knuckle to the stomach,

             Right shuto the the back of the neck.

 

Front Choke Cross - Opponent grabs both lapels with hands crossed while pressing against the neck

              Take right hand down between arms and grab right arm or wrist,

              Step forward to a left neutral, Left inward block,

              Right punch to the face

 

Double Wrist Grab - Opponent grabs left and right wrists from the front

              Right inward block to right arm,

              Left punch, right back knuckle,

              Right hook punch to the ribs,

              Left hook punch to the ribs,

              Right  punch to the head.
